Le CSN organise sa 61ᵉ session ordinaire à Kinshasa.
Kinshasa, le 24 juin 2026 – Le Conseil Scientifique National (CSN) a tenu sa 61ᵉ session ordinaire dans la salle Maître José Mpanda Kabangu du Centre de Recherche en Sciences Humaines (CRESH), à Kinshasa.
Cette importante rencontre scientifique a réuni les membres du Conseil, les responsables des instituts et centres de recherche, ainsi que plusieurs experts du secteur, dans un esprit de rigueur, de responsabilité et de renforcement de la gouvernance scientifique nationale.
Au cours de cette session, les participants ont notamment examiné les dossiers relatifs à la promotion des chercheurs, du personnel administratif et technique, ainsi qu’à la présentation du fonctionnement des centres et institutions de recherche durant l’intercession couvrant la période de mars à juin 2026. Plusieurs autres questions d’intérêt stratégique pour le développement de la recherche scientifique en République démocratique du Congo ont également été abordées.

Le Président du CSN participe au Premier Congrès d’Etudes congolaises à Mbujimay.
Le Président du Conseil Scientifique National (CSN), le Professeur MPIANA TSHIMANKINDA Puis a participé à tout premier Congrès d’Etudes congolaises le 26 mai 2026 à MBUJIMAYI ouvert par la Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur, Universitaire, Recherche Scientifique et Innovations (ESURSI), la Professeure Dr Marie Sombo Ayanne Safi Mukuna.
Dans sa communication intitulée « valorisation du Génie Scientifique Congolais et Innovations : levier stratégique pour l’émergence de la RDC », le Patron du CSN a notamment plaidé pour la transformation de la connaissance scientifique, pour l’investissement dans la science et le financement de la recherche. La rédaction y reviendra avec des détails à la prochaine édition.
