Reproductive health is a major public healthconcern, encompassingmaternal health, family planning, contraception, and the prevention of sexually transmitted infections. In resource-limited settings, reproductive health services face challenges regarding accessibility and quality. This study aims to assessfactorsinfluencing the quality of obstetric and neonatal care, with a focus on patient satisfaction and the effectiveness of management practices in healthfacilitieswithin the Kikwit Nord Health Zone. A cross-sectional studywasconducted across twelvehealth centers, including 220 postpartum women and healthcare providers with at least one year of maternityexperience. Data werecollectedusing a questionnaire based on Likert scales and Donabedian’squalitycriteria. Logisticregression and Pearson correlation analyses revealedthatevaluation of management committeeresolutionswas 34.4%, continuous training needswere 12.7%, alignment of training plans withoperationalhealth plans was 17.3%, overall care evaluationwas 17.3%, handoverprocedureswere 25.9%, and respect for patient rightswas 17.3%. Thesefindingsrevealsignificant gaps in service quality and emphasize the need for integrated management and targeted training to enhancematernal and neonatal care.
