Abstract :

Discrimination against women in the professional environment is also a reality old as the world. The Democratic Republic of Congo, like all other countries in the world, as well as certain international conventions, have made the fight against said discrimination their battle horse. How does the Ministry of Gender, Family and Children achieve this? The integration of women in the professional environment? Our object of study is to inventory the legal instruments protecting women's rights and gauge their conventional applications in Democratic Republic of Congo. We will use the method legal and the structural-functional method. They will be supplemented by documentary technique and interview.
