Abstract :

The wandering region of the maritime reach of the Congo River poses enormous problems for the navigation of ocean-going ships because of its recurrent silting up. This study aims to quantify and assess its impact on navigation. It is in this context that we present here, hydrological, hydraulic and sedimentological studies carried out by the Congolese Sea Ways (CSW) for the maintenance and development of the navigation channel with a view to guaranteeing the best navigation conditions for vessels serving the ports of Boma and Matadi. We note an excessive solid contribution compared to the liquid flow and this presents worrying signs of the closing of the passes of the upstream pool of the maritime reach. The probable causes would be the anarchic constructions which destroy the green belts upstream of Boma or even Matadi which cause significant land erosion. Keywords: Scavenging region, hydrological, hydraulic, sedimentological, sediment supply.

Abstract :

This article studies, on the impact of the socio-economic and political evolution of scientific research and technology, on the other raises the problem of the obstacles that hamper the emergence and development of the sector of scientific research technology for the sustainable and genuine development of the Congolese nation. This side –to- side analysis of the same difficulties might bore elders. It seemed very important to us to do so in order to make our voice heard by the country’s rules.

Abstract :

In the context of climate change, the silvobanana system is a favourable response to the problems of intensifying banana production and preserving forests, especially in regions where deforestation is increasing. Objectives: To improve banana production on the Batéké plateau. Five banana cultivars were intercropped with four two-year-old tree legumes. After harvesting of the first cycle, the reproductive plants were replaced by successor shoots. Multivariate analyses, particularly principal component analysis (PCA), were used to clearly demonstrate the correlation between the banana-tree legume associations and the characteristics of the successor shoots of the banana cultivars evaluated. With regard to the results obtained, it should be noted that the associations formed with the tree legumes Pterocarpus indicus Wild, Milletia laurentii and Inga edulis Mart proved to be the most successful in the second banana crop cycle, namely the associations: Nsikumuna with Pterocarpus indicus Wild; followed by Nsikumuna with Milletia laurentii and Gros Michel with Pterocarpus indicus Wild. These combinations can be recommended to growers in order to make banana production in the Batéké plateau profitable and sustainable. However, counter-performance was observed more in associations formed with the species Acacia auriculiformus Benth. Key words: Association, tree-legumes, performance, sylvo-banana, DR Congo.

Abstract :

To improve banana production in Kinshasa, an evaluative study of sylvo-banana systems was carried out under the conditions of the Batéké plateau. The aim was to compare different banana associations with tree species, with a view to determining their impact on banana productivity. Five banana cultivars were combined with twelve tree species, divided into three groups: leguminous forest trees, non-leguminous forest trees and fruit trees. The banana plants evolved under the cover of these agroforests and their behavior was systematically evaluated during their first production cycle. Of all the banana cultivars studied, cultivar Nsikumuna was the most productive (yield, bun weight, finger weight, etc.) in association with all forest species; followed by cultivars Gros Michel (in association with Pterocarpus indicus Willd, Millettia laurentii and Inga edulis) and Ndongila (in association with P. indicus Willd). However, the Bubi cultivar proved less productive in association with all the forest species considered than all the other cultivars. This work is a tool that can contribute to the promotion of agroforestry/sylvo-banana practices and technologies, which could be applied by banana growers operating in the south-west zone of the country. Key words: Influence, agroecosystem, Productivity, Banana, DR Congo.

Abstract :

Mots clés: état de lieux, unités pédagogiques, SENAFOR, mathématiques, éducation de base The aim of this research is to take stock of the state of mathematics teaching units and to discover the impact of the SENAFOR (National Service of Training) service in the field, particularly in the educational province of Mont-Amba Pool Lemba II. For the present study, we have opted for the functionalist method, which has enabled us to analyze the key role played by the basic unit in the schools to operate the pedagogical units that play a driving role in the in-service training of teachers, who in turn ensure the quality of teaching, particularly in mathematics, in the schools of the Mont-Amba educational province in the Lemba II educational pool. Our research shows that the SENAFOR service is not effective in the field according to the pedagogical objectives assigned in its SENAFOR departmental decree n°DPS (CCE) 001/022/84 of March 17, 1984, particularly in the field of mathematics. Key words: assessment, state of the situation, pedagogical units, SENAFOR, mathematics, basic education

Abstract :

The aim of geophysics is to study the physical field at the surface of the ground or inside a cavity. To do this, it uses methods such as gravimetry, seismic and DC electrical methods. These methods also have applications in other fields, particularly civil engineering. This involves geotechnical reconnaissance of the ground on which structures are to be built. This reconnaissance guides the construction work. Geophysics is also involved in the maintenance of structures, such as the diagnosis of dikes or the monitoring of dams and bridges. Keywords: Geophysic, geotechnical reconnaissance, civil engineering, structures.

Abstract :

This paper examines the socio-economic and political evolution of scientific and technological research. On the other hand, it aims to show that, unlike some peoples around the world who oppress women; women hold an important place in society among the people of Dgere. The rural population of Dgere relies on arable land for their livelihood. They grow crops to survive and use part of the land to feed large and small livestock. The size of the livestock is not significant. The land provided the majority of the land and was directly leased by the village's leader and distributed to the inhabitants' households. Any woman who lives alone is considered a household because she works to subsidize her existence. It is a tradition, even if it is not Dgere origin. Keywords: Rural environment, assets, distribution, land, Dgere
