The strong present demand of mineral elements essential to the energizing transition in Democratic Republic of Congo offers the opportunity the government to increase the investments in the mining sector in order to attract profit of the maximization of the revenue from taxes that will allow the state Congolese to vary his/her/its economy for booster the lasting development, it is to say the basis in the summit. So that it is efficient, it is necessary that there is the transparency in the call procedures of offers, the relative data to the sector must be made public, in accordance with the criterias of The Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI). Besides the state, the civil society and the private sector must calculate the impacts of the exploitation of the natural resources together, to identify and to value some actions to lead and to return public data collected.
